A calming quiet slow meditative practice, holding postures for an extended period. Increases circulation and improves flexibility, balancing and calming the mind. Please feel free to bring a pillow, cushion or blanket to support the body comfortably. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
