Circuit X is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to push your limits and keep you moving. This dynamic class combines strength, cardio and functional training through a series of timed stations, each targeting different muscle groups. Expect a mix of equipment-based and bodyweight exercises - think kettlebells, battle ropes, sled pushes and explosive plyometrics. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
