Suitable for all levels, with progressions offered throughout. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations.
