Ready to level up your training? This advanced calisthenics class is designed for gym-goers who want to push strength, control and bodyweight skills to new heights. Learn challenging movements like muscle-ups, handstands and levers with guided progressions that meet you where you are. Expect intense, skill-focused sessions that build power, precision and confidence - helping you master the art of advanced calisthenics. Note: - If you can't hold your bodyweight for at least 10 seconds hanging from a bar, this class isn't for you. Start with our foundation classes to build the strength you'll need. - If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
