BURN is a high-energy workout designed to push your limits and maximize results in minimal time. Expect powerful bursts of cardio, strength, and functional movements followed by short recovery periods that keep your heart rate up and your body challenged. This class is all about building endurance, torching calories and leaving you feeling stronger, fitter and unstoppable. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
