Unwind, lengthen and restore in this Purestretch class designed to improve flexibility and joint mobility from head to toe. Using yoga belts as a key prop, we'll safely deepen stretches, enhance alignment and support greater range of motion. Expect a thoughtful blend of dynamic movements to gently warm the body and static stretches held longer to release tension and improve muscle elasticity. This class is slow-paced, mindful and accessible for all levels - perfect for recovery, balance and leaving your body feeling open, relaxed and renewed. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
