Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a specialised stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills. If you are new to Indoor Cycling, plesae make sure you are arriving 10 minutes before the class to learn about the bike set up with the instructor. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
