Les Mills Body Pump is the original barbell class and is ideal for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast! light to moderate weights are used and lots of repetition which improves the total body. It is essential that all participants are set-up with their equipment ready for the class to start on time. The warm up is a crutial section in the Body Pump class, as it warms the muscles in preperation for the workout. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
