Session bands must be worn at all times. Indoor Cycling Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a specialised stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills.
If you are new to Indoor Cycling, plesae make sure you are arriving 10 minutes before the class to learn about the bike set up with the instructor.
