4. Lane Swimming General
A structured lane swim from 13 years onwards based on swimming compentancy level with numerous lane speed available. Fast lane A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres Medium Lane A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres Slow Lane A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace. Number of lanes/locations may vary.
Aerobics (BT)
Aerobics is a class that combines rythmic aerobic exercise with strength and stretching routines to improve flexibility, muscular strength and cardio-vascular fitness. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
Empower Her
Weight-lifting workshop designed for 40+yrs women. You will be guided through the key movements with supportive technical feedback. This is an opportunity to build confidence in the gym; all abilities are welcome. With small class sizes and a quiet environment, you can expect a fun and empowering session. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel a minimum of 4 hours prior to the class starting as there will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance. Fun Swimming Full Toddler Pool
Fun Swimming Full Toddler Pool A fun swim for the family in the toddler pool with our interactive features and slide.This pool is depth is from 0.6-0.9m. Most suitable for children under 8 years old. Swimmers within the booking comply with the supervision ratios of the pool; Under 4 Years Old - 1 Adult MUST accompany 1 child under 4 years Between 4-7 Years - 1 Adult MUST accompany 2 children between 4 and 7 Years Over 8 Years - A child over 8 can go into the pool alone as long as they are a competent swimmer ADULTS ARE 18 YEARS PLUS Please note, our lockers require a padlock which customers are welcome to bring their own in to the centre to use on our lockers. Padlocks are available for purchase from reception for £4. Please read and accept the terms and conditions of booking at the point of payment.
Gym Day Pass
Work out on the gym floor with full access to cardio, strength and functional equipment. Please note this is your entry time only, length of workout unlimited - all group exercises classes to be booked separately.
Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a specialised stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills. If you are new to Indoor Cycling, plesae make sure you are arriving 10 minutes before the class to learn about the bike set up with the instructor. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. Queenax
The Queenax is our large functional fitness station located in the gym which allows everybody to explore an infinite range of natural movements and exercises. The group training sessions will help you strengthen your whole body in a functional way and give you ideas to use when training alone also. Roller Disco Family and Friends Session 2
Low lights...Loud music :) The last session is for those who can skate with no assistance. We will be holding races, fun challenges whilst are DJ turns up the music and gets you in the mood to skate! (Adult Supervision 18 years+ is required for 8 years and under) Skate info *Limited skate hire (£2.00)available in centre, please plan accordingly. *Please note, we advise all participants to bring protective gear this includes, but is not limited to: Helmets Knee pads Elbow pads Wrist guards This is a recreational roller skating activity and is not a skating class taught by instructors. Advanced Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that synchronises breath and movement in a flowing repetitive sequence of postures. For comfort and support.This class is designed for intermediate and advanced practitioners, offering a more physically demanding sequence that challenges strength, flexibility, and endurance. Bodypump (AM)
Les Mills Body Pump is the original barbell class and is ideal for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast! light to moderate weights are used and lots of repetition which improves the total body.It is essential that all participants are set-up with their equipment ready for the class to start on time. The warm up is a crutial section in the Body Pump class, as it warms the muscles in preperation for the workout. Empower Her - advanced
A weightlifting workout designed for women 40+ years old. The session will incorporate the key weightlifting movements that you have previously learned, in a supportive and encouraging environment. We will do a mobility warm-up together, followed by a 40 minute strength and conditioning session. Get ready to be challenged and empowered. Health Spa Session
It is recommended that bathers do not wear suntan lotions or skin creams in the spa pool. Users should shower if using the spa after the sauna or steam rooms. Users should use the toilet and shower before entering the spa pool. Users should not use the spa pool if they have had diarrhea within the last 14 days. It is recommended that users do not exceed 15 minutes immersion at a time. Users should not exceed the maximum number permitted in the spa pool. Max bather load is 9 bathers. Children are not permitted to use the spa. Over 16s only. It is recommended the spa pool is not used while under the influence of alcohol or sedatives. If intended users are suffering from diseases of the heart and circulation, skin conditions, are immunosuppressed, subject to fits, or taking drugs affecting the cardiovascular or nervous systems, they should seek medical advice before bathing in spa pools. Pregnant women are advised to consult with their doctor before using a spa pool. Session bands must be worn at all times.

This is a beginner session designed to encourage newbies and little ones into the world of Roller skating, this is your chance to come and learn a new skill. Yoga (Yin)
A calming quiet slow meditative practice, holding postures for an extended period. Increases circulation and improves flexibility, balancing and calming the mind. Please feel free to bring a pillow, cushion or blanket to support the body comfortably.
